AI Practices

AI is changing how I design, but more importantly, what I can build.

I've always been a builder. AI simply removes more of the friction between an idea and something real. Whether it's a prototype, a research synthesis, a design critique, or an internal tool, I use AI to spend less time on repetitive work and more time thinking, making, and collaborating.

01How I think about it

Build, don't just prompt.

The fastest way to understand an idea is to make it tangible. Rather than debating abstract concepts, I build something people can click, react to, and improve together. AI dramatically shortens the distance between an idea and a conversation.

Stay relentlessly curious.

The best designers learn far beyond design. AI has become my research partner for exploring unfamiliar domains, understanding technical systems, reading documentation, and diving into academic papers. It doesn't replace expertise—it helps me build it faster.

Humans make it real.

AI has made creating easier than ever. That means we get to spend more time on what matters: understanding people, solving meaningful problems, and building things that improve someone else's experience.
